WHERE IS FUMC SACHSE LOCATED?
We are located on the edge of Sachse at 1520 Blackburn Road with easy access to Garland, Richardson, Plano, Murphy, and Wylie.

From Garland: Take Highway 78 (Lavon Drive) North towards Sachse/Wylie. Turn left at Murphy Road (third signal light after crossing 190). Turn right at the next traffic signal (Blackburn Road). The church will be on your right at 1520 Blackburn Road.
From Hwy 75: Take Renner Road east to Murphy Road. Turn right on Murphy Road. Turn left at the next traffic signal (Blackburn Road). The church will be on your right at 1520 Blackburn Road.
From Hwy 190/George Bush: Take the Campbell Road exit. Go east on Campbell Road for about 3 miles (note that Campbell Road changes to Blackburn at the Sachse city limit). The church will be on your right at 1520 Blackburn Road.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
There are two entrances to our parking lots, both of which are accessible on the south side of Blackburn Rd. In an effort to make sure that your first time with us is as best as it can be, we have provided marked visitor parking spaces for you at First United Methodist Church Sachse. Feel free to take advantage of them! Marked visitor parking is available in our eastern lot with entrance into the Welcome Center. Additional parking is available in the west lot.

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY
Handicap parking is located at the west Sanctuary entrance and in the eastern parking lot near the visitor parking.

WHERE IS THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO THE CHURCH?
Central entrances to the church are located on both the west and east side of the building, off of the parking lot.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
The dress for our worship services embraces everything from shorts to slacks and dress shirts to t-shirts. Please come dressed to worship as you worship best!

WHAT TIME ARE THE SERVICES?
Every Sunday morning we offer a traditional worship service at 8:45 AM and a blended service at 10:45 AM. Click here to learn more about our worship services.

IS THERE A PLACE FOR MY CHILDREN?
Children are always welcome in our services of worship and a children’s message is included each Sunday in each service. Activity packs for kids are available on the table located at the south side of the sanctuary. We also have Sunday School classes, for all ages, beginning at 9:45 AM. We provide nursery care free of charge during all of our worship services and the Sunday School hour.

IS THERE A PLACE FOR ME?
Absolutely. From Sunday School classes, bible studies and book studies to mission work and volunteering, there is a place here for everyone.

WHERE SHOULD I SIT?
We are honored that you are our guests! Please sit wherever you would like — there are no reserved seats here!

WHEN IS THE CHURCH OFFICE OPEN?
Our church office is open from 9 AM-2 PM, Monday through Friday.
